This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Website. Your use of the Website following any such changes will signify and constitute your assent to and acceptance of such revised Privacy Policy.   1. Information Collection and Use Our primary goals in collecting personal information are to provide and improve our Website, to review your Submissions, and to enable visitors to enjoy and easily navigate the Website.

1.2 How we use information we collect. We use the information we collect from all of our services to provide, maintain, protect and improve our services, to develop new services and offerings and to protect us and our users. When you contact us, we may keep a record of your communication as well as the other information in this Privacy Policy to help solve any issues you might be facing. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, such as letting you know about upcoming changes or improvements. We use aggregated and demographic information to support our advertising needs so we can continue to provide many services for free.  Your personally identifiable information is never disclosed to these parties, unless you are notified or consent.

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, Free At Last, Inc. transfers Personal Information to the United States and processes it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

6.5 Business TransfersWe may sell, transfer or otherwise disclose some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

6.6 In Aggregated Form for Business Purposes. We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners we have a relationship with, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information to show trends about the general use of our services.

Changing or Deleting Your Information. If you would like us to delete your Personal Information in our system, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation to retain the Personal Information. See below for contact information. Please note we may retain server/backup copies of all such data.

  2. Our Policy Toward Children. This Website is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
