We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of our Website. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Website. Your use of the Website following any such changes will signify and constitute your assent to and acceptance of such revised Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, capitalized terms used below have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service (available at http://www.TerryMcMillan.com/view/termsofservice).

  1. Information Collection and Use Our primary goals in collecting personal information are to provide and improve our Website, to review your Submissions, and to enable visitors to enjoy and easily navigate the Website.

However, it’s important to remember that many of our services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, Free At Last, Inc. transfers Personal Information to the United States and processes it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

6.5 Business Transfers. We may sell, transfer or otherwise disclose some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

If you would like us to delete your Personal Information in our system, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation to retain the Personal Information. See below for contact information. Please note we may retain server/backup copies of all such data.

  2. Our Policy Toward Children. This Website is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
